Hats on for Haiti
Gateway students raised $1060 for Haitian relief.
Boys Choir
Several boys from our district participated in the Colorado Springs All City Boychoir Festival, “Sing-Raise the Roof”, sponsored by the Colorado Springs Children’s Chorale on Saturday, January 30 at Wasson High School. The boys practiced for two hours each day from January 27-30, culminating in a concert of classic rock music accompanied by the professional group, One More Shot, and directed by Brad Petersen and staff members from the Chorale. About 150 boys from Grades 3-12 performed songs and choreography including selections by the Beatles, Beach Boys, Elvis, Mamas & Papas, the Monkees, and the Jerry Lee Lewis finale, “Great Balls of Fire”, the choir & audience favorite. Special kudos to the parents for the dedication and commitment to make this opportunity possible for their boys.

Flow Lane
For the safety of the children and efficienty of the flow lane, please stay in your car and move the car all the way down under the direction of the adults on traffic patrol. Children need to exit the vehicles from the right side. Please do not park in the flow lane.
Animals
For the safety of the children...animals are not allowed on school grounds. (This includes the Play Park). This is a district-wide policy.
